The R. A. Puram based NGO, Sneha, is marking World Suicide Prevention Day on Sept.10 with a Walkathon to be held on Sunday morning in Besant Nagar.
The Walkaton starts at 6.30 a.m.
Participants must assemble at Olcott School in Besant Nagar for the flag off by actor Siddarth at 6.30 am. They take the Blue Cross road and Besant Avenue Road and get back to the school campus where GCC Commissioner J. Radhakrishnan will speak.

Sneha was started in 1986 by the Vijaykumars and its team and volunteers have been involved in suicide prevention work across the city and outside.
