Tamilnadu Dr J. Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University has announced a new course. The course is themed : Appreciation of Folk Songs and music of Tamil Nadu.
The offices of the university are located off Greenways Road, R A Puram, where the TN Music College is located.
It will be conducted online. 2 hours every Saturday and Sunday
Duration: 3 months
The course director is well-known villupattu music artiste Bharati Thirumagan, daughter of the legendary artiste Subbu Arumugam.
Fees: ₹7500 + 200. A certificate is given to those who complete the course.
