To coincide with Sri Krishna jayanti celebrations, theatre artiste Geetha Narayanan is presenting a devotional play titled ‘Nandanar’ on September 3 evening.
This play will be staged at Mylapore Fine Arts Club ( MFAC) sabha hall, Mylapore. It starts at 6.30 p.m. and is open to all.
Geetha says that the uniqueness of this play is that only children are performing in it – these are students from schools in and around Adyar, Besant Nagar, Mylapore and Thiruvanmiyur.
Geetha has been an artiste with Stage Creations (of veteran artiste Kathadi Ramamurthi) for 15 years and has won several awards during the annual Kodai Nataka Vizha conducted by Karthik Fine Arts.
