Kauvery Hospital in Alwarpet will be organising a free Parkinson’s check-up clinic on September 3.
The clinic will be conducted by a team of experienced neurologists and Parkinson’s illness specialists. Patients will be evaluated for symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and offered treatment options, says a media note from the hospital.
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder that affects movement. Symptoms can include tremor, stiffness, slowness of movement, and balance problems.
The hospital also offers a variety of other services for patients with Parkinson’s disease, including physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
