Rev. Dr. George Antonysamy, Archbishop of Madras-Mylapore was the main celebrant at the launch of the annual feast of Our .Lady of Light Church in Luz, on August 5 evening.
He was present as the symbolic hoisting of the feast flag took place during Holy Mass, held in the open air.
The parish priest Fr. G. J. Anthonysamy and his assistant, Fr R. Sathish besides some other priests were present.
The annual feast of the church will be celebrated on August 11.
