Spirit of Earth store in Alwarpet is hosting an interactive conversation with coach Kannan, co-founder, Daily9, on the theme ‘Deciding Diets’.
He will discuss issues on nutrition and on diet fads and share interesting tidbits
on what diets have in common, how to spot a fad diet and how some diets can harm your
health.
This is on Wednesday, July 12, 11 am – 12 noon. The event will be followed by refreshments.
