Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha and Carnatica is hosting a Carnatic music festival titled as “Pallavi Darbar”. The 13th edition of Pallavi Darbar is from July 7 to 10. It is on at Srinivasa Sastri Hall, Luz and is open to all.
Vidwan Madurai T. N. Seshagopalan will inaugurate the Festival this evening.
.The festival features concerts by leading artistes such as R. Surya Prakash, Akkarai Sisters (Subhalakshmi and Sornalatha), Kunnakkudi M. Balamuralikrishna, K. Gayatri Prasanna, Rithvik Raja, Amrutha Venkatesh, Anahita & Apoorva, N. S. Kamakshi, Sunil Gargyan, Ramana Balachandra on the veena, Kruthi Bhat, Shruthi Shankar Kumar and others.
Concerts are mostly in the evening, 5 p.m. onwards.
There will be an interactive Pallavi presentation featuring the prize winners of Pallavi Contest – this is on. July 9, 2 p.m. onwards.
