The community at Our Lady of Guidance Church in R.A. Puram led by parish priest Fr. Y. F. Bosco will be celebrating the annual feast of Mother Mary on August 6.
It will commence with the flag hoisting on Saturday, July 29 at 6.15 p.m.
On Sunday the 30th of July, the children of the parish will receive First Holy Communion at a special service to be held at 7.30 a.m.
In the evening on the same day, there will be a Eucharistic procession held within the church campus..Special Novena – Masses will be held on all days.
On August 5, there will be a grand car procession and the statue of Mother Mary will be taken out in procession around the local streets.
On August 6 at 7.30 a.m.,there will be a confirmation service presided over by Rev. Dr. George Anthonysamy, Archbishop of Madras-Mylapore diocese.
The flag will be lowered in the evening at 5.15 and this will wind up the celebrations.
