Petty thieves are said to be making away with copper wires in air-conditioners.
Two such thefts have been reported from residents on Canal Bank Road, Mandaveli this past week.
Both thefts were from a/c sets fitted to ground floor apartments where security was absent or lax and access to the units was easy.
