Maitreyee Suresh, a student of class 10 in P S Senior Secondary School, is the topper in the CBSE Board exams, the results of which were announced recently.
She scored hundreds in four subjects – mathematics, science, Sanskrit and artificial intelligence, while she got 99 in English. Her total – 499/500.
A hardworking student, Maitreyee has been feted by her teachers as being soft-spoken, disciplined and respectful, said her family.
Going forward, she is looking to a career in artificial intelligence.

how is Tamil not a compulsory subject atleast until 10th standard in Tamilnadu. No wonder knowledge of Tamil has dwindled in practical terms.
