In the early hours of Saturday, a random group of fitness enthusiasts living in and around Mylapore came together for a joint run / jog/ walk at the Marina.
The initiative by Marina Minnals, a local chapter of Chennai Runners, was aimed to host and train people for improving their fitness level. Newbies are welcome.
This free training programmes aims to help people keen to keep fit to start, continue and improve their fitness journey.
The group meets thrice a week in different parts of Mylapore and exercises for an hour.
