If you know of people who cannot afford eye screening tests, you may want to send them to the cataract screening camp being held on Saturday ( March 18) at the Ramakrishna Mission’s clinic on R. K. Mutt Road, Mylapore.
It is on from 9 am to 1pm.
Doctors from Sankara Nethralaya will be on duty.
The camp is hosted by a NGO called Global Welfare Foundation run by L. Srinivasan. He says those who have cataract will be signed up free for an operation later.
