The HR & CE Department and the team at Sri Kapali Temple are arranging a 6 pm to 6 am celebration for Shivarathri at the P. S. School ground off R. K. Mutt Road. Starting Feb.18.
Nagaswaram, Thirumurai recitation, classical and folk dances, patti mandram and a string of performances have been lined up.
