All India Radio is hosting a Tamil drama festival at its studios in Mylapore, from Feb.20 to 24, with many, wellknown, city-based drama companies staging their plays.
Each day’s play starts at 5 p.m. and the public can step in and watch it live.
Playwright Augusto whose play is part of the festival, says that AIR is recording the plays and will broadcast them after editing them.
The opening play features Kathadi Ramamurthy in ‘Jugalbandhi’.
