Carnatic music vidwans T. K. Murthy and M. Chandrasekaran were among artistes who were decorated with the Sangita Kalanidhi T. N. Krishnan Memorial Award for the year 2021 & 2022 at a recent held in R. A. Puram.
This event was hosted by Ekavam at TNR Auditorium on December 3 and the Tamil Nadu governor R N Ravi was the chef guest.
Dr. N. Rajam was awarded the Sangita Kalanidhi T. N. Krishnan Special Achievement Award.
Artistes Sikkil C.Gurucharan and Amritha Murali were awarded Sangita Kalanidhi T.N.Krishnan award of excellence for the years, 2021 & 2022.
