On the final Friday of Aadi, there was a big crowd of devotees especially women offering their prayers to Karpagambal.
From early morning, long queues were seen at the Ambal sannidhi and the queue began to grow long as the uchchi kaala pooja approched.
A group of women who had come together decades ago to offer pooja items to Ambal every Aadi, were seen putting together manjal and other dravya items for the Ambal abhisekam on this final Friday of Aadi.
