Lakshmi Ethiraj Art Gallery on Dr. Radhakrishan Salai, Mylapore is holding a Tanjore painting exhibition and sale from April 1 to 10. The gallery is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The gallery will present large-sized paintings of Balaji Thayar(6×4 feet), Lakshmi Hayagreeva (4×3 feet), Dhanavanthri (5×4 feet) and Ramanujar(4×3 feet) which have been crafted by various artists.
There are also paintings of Radha-Krishna, Gaja Lakshmi, Saraswathi and other deities.
The gallery says it now has a collection of over 100 paintings.
