Students at Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Mylapore took part in a simple Christmas event held in the campus on the eve of the festival.
Apart from setting up a traditional Christmas tree in the corridor, some students also built a Christmas tree using books in the school library, says the school principal.
Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School now functions in the campus on Sundareswarar Street, Mylapore.
