A section of St Mary’s Road ( near GCC cemetery / MRTS Mandaveli station end) and another section of Sri Mundagakanni Amman Temple Street ( shown in this photo) caved in due to rain.
Repair work is on today, Friday. Vehicular traffic cut off on both these sections.
It was not clear what caused the collapses in these two roads.
