BSNL in Mylapore now has full-fledged Customer Care service centre

BSNL, Chennai Telephones now has a full-fledged Customer Care Service centre at its telephone exchange of Mylapore complex located on 166 Luz Church Road ( diagonally opposite Nageswara Rao Park).

In a note, the divisional engineer here says six kinds of services are offered here.

These are –
1. Bill Payments – landline and for mobile phone connections
2. New connection booking – Landline, Fibre & Broadband lines.
3. Recharge &top-up.
4. New SIM – Prepaid, post paid & MNP services.
5. Plan change, phone shift requests & safe custody option.
6. Handling of customer complaints / grievances.

    My tel landline 22451245 was requested to stop working for five months from april28 to sep 25th 22 on my trip completed I requested to restore the line in 29.9.22 as on today the line has not been effected
    What the customer care helps me?
