Police Commemoration Day was observed this Thursday morning at a memorial that stands inside the campus of the TN DGP’s office in Mylapore.
On this day, the national pays tributes to all policemen who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
The tributes were led by the DGP, Sylendra Babu and by officers from the Army, Navy and Coast Guard among others.
Senior police officers based in the city participated.
