A SUV, driven down Sundareswarar Street towards East Mada Street, Mylapore knocked down many vehicles parked on one side of this crowded street and came to halt at Geetha Coffee store this evening.
Onlookers said the car ran into a few bikes, a car and a few push carts.
Nobody was injured since movement of people was limited and the school on this street had closed earlier.
Cars and bikes are parked on both sides of this street, used more as a parking lot, making it difficult for up and down vehicular movement.
It is not clear what caused the accident.
