The popular Bharati Mess at Ponambala Vadhiyar Street in Mylapore is now providing meals for bulk orders as well.
The Mess started this service after customers requested them to offer meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) for small get-togethers and family functions.
Says a staff at the store, “Several customers have been asking if we could provide meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) for small get-togethers and functions, that are organised at their homes. So, in addition to offering meals for dining, takeaways and deliveries, we have also begun supplying them for bulk orders.”
“People prefer our food as they are of good quality and are sold at nominal prices.”
Their lunch includes rice, sambhar, rasam, kara kozhambhu, and mor. It is priced at Rs 90. The Mess also provides variety rice (lemon, tomato, curryleaf), tiffin items (idly, dosa) for bulk orders. The minimum quantity accepted for bulk orders is 25.
