On Oct 11, tablets were distributed to the polytechnic and hostel students at Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home at P. S. Sivaswami Salai, Mylapore.
According to a press release, out of 330 tablets given, 120 Tebla T tablets were given to the polytechnic students. This was to help the students attend classes.
The tablets, which cost Rs. 27 lakhs, were donated by HCL Technologies.
