Kavitha Sridharan, the owner of Chingari Jewellery says that while a young girl may prefer jhumkas, anklets and kemp hairbands, seniors may opt for Ikkat beads, a purse or bag. Several choices are available for all age groups, she says.
“This Diwali I am also selling shirts and kurtas, stoles and Ikkat and Ajrakh sarees from Gujarat. A muffin or a cookie (eggless) baked by a friend can also be included in the hamper”, she adds.
