Months after it was closed in late March, due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic, the well-known Sri Anjaneyar Temple on Royapettah High Road, near The Sanskrit College has reopened.
People can now visit the temple on all days between 6.30 am and 10.30 am and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Necessary regulations are in place to prevent virus spread here.
Devotees are asked to wash their legs and use hand sanitiser before entering temple. The temple has also made square markings for devotees to maintain social distancing.
Also, as per government regulations, no prasadam or tulsi water is offered.
