At Sri Adi Kesava Perumal Temple, Mylapore, Pavitrotsavam will be held from Sept 29. to Oct. 4 this year.
Homams will be done in the morning and evening everyday. Daily events include a thirumanjanam for Perumal and Thayar in the morning everyday and an ul purappadu for the deity in the evening.
The chairman of the temple trust N. C. Sridhar says, “Everything will be done on a small scale. The purappadu will be held before the temple opens up to devotees in the evening”.
