General and diabetic outpatient services are now open at Andhra Mahila Sabha, R. A. Puram.
The medical superintendent says, “As soon as the patient enters the premises they first have to wash their hands and legs. We then give them a hand sanitizer after which we check their temperature using an infrared thermometer. If their temperature is normal, we treat them but if they have a fever we refer them to nearest government hospital for further investigation”.
He continues, “The paediatric and immunization ward will be open from Monday, June 1. We hope to open the gynaecology ward and inpatient facilities a week later”.
