TANGEDCO has extended the last date for payment of electricity bills to May 22.
An EB official in charge of the Mylapore area says, “This applies to low tension industrial, domestic and commercial consumers. Consumers can pay the same amount that they paid during the previous billing cycle. The payment can be made online or can also be made at our offices”.
He continues, “Our office at R. K. Salai, Mylapore is well equipped to handle customers. We have several counters and social distancing norms will be strictly followed. We are open till 2.30 p.m. everyday and are closed on second and fourth Saturdays”.
