Work has restarted on a few small construction projects in the Mylapore area.
Baskar Seshadri reports that a recent project by Tulive in Mandaveli’s inner street has re started with a few workers going about their job during the day.
This plot once held a old-world, charming bungalow, built when the main Venkatakrishna Road was fully laid.
In its last years, only the owners, seniors resided here and now it is gone.
In other areas too, where workers are available work on residential blocks or houses has begun again.
