Technology is driving a connect is these times and more and more people are using its services.
One MRC Nagar resident has developed a App that connects local stores with local shoppers. ‘GetMeHub’ App is new on your screen.
GetMeHub App, designed by MRC Nagar resident S Parthasarathy is hoping to create a positive experience for people shopping everyday essentials by helping them connect online with their local shops.
Through this App, a customer will be able to browse products that he is looking for, the special offers for these products, place orders and be able to get door delivery or pick up an order at scheduled time from the shop.
“In Madipakkam, we have 80 shops on the platform across 8 categories. We have not yet started engaging in conversations with shops in Mylapore. Our current effort is towards bringing progressive early adopter shops to the site to enroll and get started,” says Parthasarathy.
For the period of the lockdown, shop owners in Mylapore and around can now get a free on-boarding to the GetMeHub app.
Once the shops enroll themselves on to this App, they can post the profile of their store, photographs of the products available at the store, the price list and the latest offers and can start engaging, online, with their regular customers and start selling in a matter of a few minutes.
Parthasarathy believes that this App will help shops connect and engage with their customers better in the current environment.
The App is available on Google Play store and Apple App store.
Parthasarathy is a graduate from IISc Bangalore and worked in the US for 15 years in the 1980s and 90s.
