At Sri Adi Kesava Perumal Temple, Mylapore minimal staff have been coming to the temple to do the daily rituals.
N. C. Sridhar, the chairman of the temple trust, says, “Ever since the lockdown, the temple does not allow devotees to come in but a priest and cook who stay very close to the temple come in to take care of the rituals associated with aradhanai and naivedyam.”
He continues, “All other non essential staff have been told to stay at home. We have two cooks who stay at Triplicane, they too have been asked to stay at home”.
