This evening, Mandaveli market was abuzz with hawkers selling colourful kolam powders and pots for pongal.
Thenmozhi‘s hawker stall, opposite Ramesh supermarket on Mandaveli Street drew a huge crowd. She sells 32 different colour kolam powders. 200 grams of a colour powder is priced at Rs. 10.
Rani, another hawker who sits in the same zone sells painted earthen pots for pongal.
