Organic paneer made of A2 milk (cow’s milk) is available at Organic Shandy.
Says P.B.Murali, promoter of Shandy, “The paneer is made fresh at our kitchen.” The cow’s milk, he says is sourced from dairy farmers at Kanchipuram and other parts of Tamil Nadu.
Reads a note on their website, ‘We do not use vinegar, citric acid, lime or other chemical agents in the splitting of paneer.’
