Sruthi Laya Kendra’s 32nd Winter Music Festival will be inaugurated on Dec. 8 at TAG Centre, Alwarpet. The chief guest Sri Muralidhara Swamigal will present the ‘Sri Guru Surajananda award’ to music critic V. Srinivasan. The ‘Gowri Manohari award’ will be presented to senior vocalist Aruna Sairam. A concert by Malladi Brothers will follow. 4.15 p.m. onwards.
