Governor of Tamilnadu, Banwarilal Purohit, is the chief guest at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 144th birth anniversary celebrations organised by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore in association with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Memorial on Oct. 31.
Former governor of West Bengal and national security advisor M. K. Narayanan and S. Gurumurthy, editor, Thuglak, will speak at the event. N. Ravi, chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and N. R. Dave, chairman, SVPM Trust will attend the function. At East Mada Street, Mylapore. 6 p.m. onwards.
