Thaligai restaurant on Luz Church Road ( opp. the main gate of Nageswara Rao Park) will be celebrating its fourth anniversary this Sunday (May 19).
As a part of its celebration, the restaurant has curated a special menu with a focus on reviving old dishes. A variety of dishes will be available for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner this weekend (May 18 and 19).
“The highlight of the menu is mambalam (mango) mor kolambu and poori payasam, a dish in which the payasam will be made by mixing milk with small fried pooris,” says Nalina Kannan, the owner of the restaurant.
“Both these dishes will be available for lunch and at snacks time,” she says.
Lunch and special sweet of the day will be available for home delivery via swiggy, zomato and uber eats.
A 10% discount will also be given to all diners on these two days.
