Tributes will paid to city historian S. Muthiah who passed away recently at an event on May 11 evening. Two people, Kombai S. Anwar ( film maker, writer, photographer) and Sudha Umashankar ( writer, speaker) will speak at this event and share anecdotes on their association with Muthiah.
This event will be followed by a talk on the topic – ‘A Century of Queen Mary’s College’ by Nithya Balaji.
At Arkay Centre, Luz ( opp. Viveks store). 6 p.m. onwards. Hosted by Madras Local History Group. Open to all.
