More than 100 residents gathered at the Corporation Park at 7th Main Road, R. A. Puram on Feb 17 evening to show their solidarity and express their sorrow for the CRPF troopers killed in the Pulwama tragedy on Feb 14.
The residents held a candle light vigil for the soldiers. The children of the area saluted the picture of the soldiers kept there and offered flowers. A two minute prayer was also held for them. The event was organised by the members of the R. A. Puram Residents Association.
