At the CBSE National Swimming meet held at Ranchi from Nov 22 to 26, the girls relay team from Vidya Mandir, Mylapore won the overall championship trophy under the U-11 category.
The team won gold medals in two events, freestyle relay and medley relay. Two students of class V, Vedika Sriram and Sarina Ruth Carr won gold medals in individual events. Vedika won the individual championship too.
