At the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam U-14 schools cricket tournament held on Sep 5 in the city recently, the boys team from St. Bede’s Anglo Indian School, San Thome lifted the winners trophy by beating Nellai Nadar School.
St. Bede’s won with a score of 211 for 1 in 34 overs. R. Jeshwanth Shreeram and P. L. Harshavaradhan (both not out), scored 98 runs in 94 balls and 70 runs in 70 balls respectively.
