Eight students including J. Archana of class XII (the school pupil leader) and M. Ajitha of class XI (the assistant school pupil leader) took an oath to fulfill their responsibilities sincerely at the investiture ceremony held at M. P. Anandh Matriculation School, Mylapore on June 27.
The students were elected by the teachers and the school management. Later sashes and badges were distributed to them.
