A book ‘Hinduism and Nature’ by Dr. Nanditha Krishna will be released by P. N. Prakash, judge, Madras High Court at an event to be held on July 7 at C. P. Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation, Alwarpet.
The guest of honour, Prof. N. Rajendran, vice-chancellor, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, will receive the first copy. A seminar on ‘Religion and ecology’ will also be held on the same day. Six expert speakers representing different faiths – christianity, islam, buddhism, jainism, sikhism and Hinduism will share their views. Entry is free. At 10.30 a.m.
