Mylapore MLA earned a pat on his back from the Speaker of the state Assembly after he kept his speech crisp and concise.
MLA R. Nataraj took his turn to speak in the House which is in session at Fort St George.
The speaker has been advising MLAs not to overshoot the time allotted to each and when Nataraj took his turn and did it in quick time and indicated this to the speaker, Dhanapal, he got a nod.
