More than 50 residents of Anand Flats at Ranga Road, Mylapore gathered at their apartment complex on Sunday, April 22, evening to listen to a talk on how to stay safe.
Three police officials from the Mylapore Police Station at Kutchery Road, advised seniors on how to stay safe at their homes and on the road.
They were asked to install an alarm on their door, the cost of which is Rs. 500. The loud alarm, they said, could be activated by just one touch.
