‘Divas and Drapes’ is a musical exploration of the relationship between saris and arts; followed by the launch of an exclusive collection of linen, ikat and jamdani saris handwoven by artisans and weavers across the country.
The event has been organised by Amortela in association with artistes Lakshmi – Saraswathi.
A two-act, 30-minute performance where the first act depicts Draupadi’s experiences in the Kaurava court, and the second act includes popular dance sequences is part of the programme.
