For the residents of Viswakamal Apartments at R. K. Mutt Road, this year’s annual day was special. Two guests had agreed to visit them, Mylapore MLA R. Nataraj and police inspector Dilli Babu.
For the residents of this three decade old multi story apartment, Jan 19 was a day to celebrate with music, dance and games. It was also the time to listen to an inspiring talk about waste disposal, composting and recycling by the MLA.
Later, the residents thanked the inspector and his team for their service. The evening ended with a sumptuous dinner and a vow to celebrate as often as possible.
