Gandhi Peace Foundation conducted a value based workshop for college and school students at its premises at Alwarpet on Jan 30.
The session was conducted by M. D. Chander, he talked about the need to promote a culture of peace among youngsters. The joint secretary, Dr. C. Shenbagavalli, launched the foundation’s website at this event.
Later an all religions prayer for peace was held. More than 100 people, including students, attended this event which was held to celebrate Martyr and Sarvodaya Day.
