On Dec 2, more than 15 people, including two children, gathered at Wandering Artist, R. A. Puram to get a hands on experience on the potters wheel. And it was a workshop they couldn’t forget. They got to take home their very own piece too.
Srinivasan L, the manager of the centre, says, “The two hour workshop covered most of the methods used in pottery. The participants learnt how to prepare the clay and also different hand techniques”.
The art training centre, which became fully operational from March of this year, offers training programmes in various art forms including music, guitar, piano, fine arts, theatre and acting courses for children and adults.
