‘Oh So Stoned’ opened its doors recently on T. T. K. Road. The franchise of a popular joint in Hyderabad has come to Chennai with its first retail outlet at Alwarpet. Jean and Naveen are the franchisees here.
A glacial stone maintained at sub-zero temperatures is used to created fusion desserts. Some hot snacks, and coffee is also available.
Their manufacturing facility goes with the brand name ‘La Bouche-La Bouche’ and makes creamy ice creams with real milk. The creator of the flavours is certified by the ‘Penn State Creamery’. Real desserts like cheesecakes, brownies are worked into the ice cream to create a whole new flavour.
The decor here is bright and cheerful. Customer service is very good. Though located on the main, busy road, valet service is available. Try the salt chocolate and red velvet ice creams or the banoffee milkshake.
